* Strike a balance between budget and developmental goals amd ensure long term vision are implemented .
* Creating strategic brand partnerships with distributors and other international companies that grows the business
and brand awareness as well as the strategic partner’s business
* Work with Design and Innovation cell to develop future products and solutions suited for the region .
* Act as resource person for upcoming global trends in and solutions to capitalize the same .
* Build and nurture high stake relationships with Regional accounts to deliver consistent experience across transactions
and countries .
* Develop relationships with Influencers and consultants to promote Godrej brand .
* Working towards turnaround of business from open credit to secured transaction leading to near zero bad debt.
* Developing strategies aimed at retention/enhancement of existing market share across the assigned territory
* Hiring, training, empowering and retaining key contributors
* Devising pricing and commercial policies aligned to market expectations and company directives
* Appointing new dealers and supporting respective managers in discussions with key clients, vendors and suppliers
* Monitoring Territory Managers for developing strategies for respective countries and functions; Guide project and support
functions for developing and aligning to overall and country specific strategies.
* Setting up strategic alliances with organizations to become key corporate vendors.
* Due diligence for new business opportunities
* Operate effectively in Hierarchial and matrix organization .
