❖ Climb power poles and light poles to repair power lines and parking lot lights.
❖ Repair water pressure or sewer pumps by changing motors or repairing pumb seals and impeller
❖ Maintain and repair security doors and gates; adjust warning lights in housing control; adjust and grease inner and outer gates.
Plumber:
❖ Install, maintains and performs repairs on potable water lines, wastes water lines variety of plumbing fixtures, such as sinks, lavatories, toilet units, bathtubs, shower units, automatic flush valves, faucets, traps and natural gas piping.
❖ Maintains and performs plumbing repairs on laundry equipment, sterilization equipment utilizing potable water disposal lines.
