Manufacturing:
• Management of all aspects of plant maintenance in terms of machine, facilities and other resources independently.
• To achieve targets in manufacturing of Well head equipment like Casing and Tubing Heads, Casing and Tubing Spools, Hangers, Mandrels, Adapters, Flanges, Spacers, drilling spools, Cross overs, Connectors like DSA, 3/4/5-way blocks, X' mas tree caps, Gate Valves body/Bonnet/internals and other API 5CT and API 7-1 products and other premium connections.
• To achieve targets in repair and re manufacturing of BOPs, drilling spools, Choke manifolds, Trees, valves, pumps etc.
• To achieve targeted (95%) on time delivery of flow through equipment by involving assembly, Hydro test and painting sections.
