• Control the assignment of Third Party Inspections and advise Project Engineers accordingly
• To co-ordinate all project procurement activities, engineered either in-house or by contractors
• To review the project execution plan and advice project matrix members on procurement aspects of the schedule
• Material Warehousing ( Receipt cum Inspection, Storage & Issue)
• Interacting with Client, Engineering, Planning, Production & Quality Control
• Material Controlling (Planning, Issue, Reconciliation)
• Preparing the Level 2, 3, 4 Schedule
STANDARDS AND CODES: Knowledge of ASTM, ASME, BS, API, JIS, DIN SHELL MESC (DEP) and other European standards

➢ Inspecting of all materials as per Client Specification requirement
➢ If there is any deviation occurred in the Grade or Specification Requirement, coordinating with Engineering & Quality Department for getting Approval.

➢ The materials which are Received & Issued to shop / site through Project Control System. In the Project Control System all the materials have the Drawing Code.

➢ Based on Discipline class, the Responsible person had been fixed
➢ Checking the Resource availability based on work load and maintain the same.
➢ The discussion will be taken place in the weekly review meeting, based on Mechanical completion, what are the balance activities to be completed as per the area wise & responsible wise with the availability of material. (This activities was filtered to week wise & organizing by Planning area as well as Discipline class)
➢ The Engineering activities & Procurement activities also included in the schedule for to control the project & also analyzing the reason cause of delay the activity.
➢ Conducting weekly review meeting with Procurement & Design Department based on schedule.
