Primary task is to manage all related logistics operations in Various chemicals from the point of approval of the purchase order from our clients to delivery.
Coordinating delivery schedules from the suppliers to the clients.
Providing assurance that all clients are satisfied with the delivery of our chemicals to their site.
Accounts Receivable tasks related: creating delivery note, invoice, and collection of payments from clients.
Liaise with custom’s authorities in advance & prepare complete document set prior to shipment arrival.
Liaise with concerned company’s operations team on shipment information.
Coordinate with concerned company's After Sales for scheduling timely vehicle collection from port to avoid penalties.
Cross verify all documents prior to submission at custom’s authority.
Resolve issues during clearance process.
Develop logistical plans and contingency plans for existing operations
Ensure that accurate and complete accounting, reporting and internal control systems are functioning and that all relevant records are maintained
Coordinate logistics activities with warehouse, procurement, finance, purchasing, admin department and other concerned departments.
Prepare reports on personnel and chemical movements and other operational logistics issues.
Plan the transportation / delivery of products to ensure timeliness; resolve issues within the utmost time to minimize delays in transport / delivery.
Act as primary contact for customers seeking advice/issue resolution related to services provided by the company.
Manage routine queries and refer those that are appropriate to person responsible, as required.
Completes administrative and operational tasks for customers who are renewing accounts with the company.
Ensures that all existing customers are keeping their accounts with the company.
Provides advice/sales offer to customers who wish to cancel their accounts.
Resolves customer issues and concerns.
Responds to all the electronic mail requirements that are needed during the transaction as per company policy.
Provides assistance to all individual customers who has a mobile service with the company in Australia.
Attends to customer needs such as billing and service inquiries, plan change and basic troubleshooting in fixing technical mobile concerns.
In line with customer service duties, ensure that every customer received an excellent service that will encourage them to patronize the service of the company.
Promotes products and/or services of the company.
Liaise with other department and branch personnel, to facilitate communication and appropriate action.
Develop a variety of correspondence including those of sensitive nature, transcribe correspondence and distribute as required.
Prepare reports as required.
Delegate workflow and supervise lower reports.
Perform other job related duties within my technical ability as required and instructed.
Use the chain of command appropriate to communicate and resolve issues.
Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Business administration major in Marketing. Entrepreneurial & Accounting major subjects
