Actively performs the HR Generalist role:
 Employee Relations
o Handles case management procedures (investigation, preliminary hearings, and resolution) in accordance with UAE Labor Law
o Prepares memorandum and warning letters
o Monitors Employee Cases and consolidates information for year-end report and analysis
 Compensation and Benefits
o Responsible for the application of work permit, Emirates ID, and similar documents
o Handles visa application and visa cancellation procedures
o Enrolls employees to medical insurance
o Processing of the annual renewal of Insurance, Accommodation, Car and other lease
o Renewal of certificates (Civil Defense, Industrial License, etc)
 Organizational Development
o On-going review and revision of HR Policies and Procedures
o Creation of Salary Structure
o Directly reports to the Managing Director; identification and implementation of organizational
 Payroll
o End-to-end payroll processing
o EOS computation
o Processes bank account opening for new employee
 Training
o Conducts Induction Program to new employees
o Conducts Training Needs Analysis
o Delivers trainings and short courses to employees (Refresher English Course, 5S training, etc)

 Recruitment and Placement
- Administration of the entire recruitment and selection process to all level positions from line to executive roles
- Coordination with third party service providers to ensure sufficient manpower supply

- Enrolment and constant update of Human Resource Information System in tracking employees’ records and data

 Timekeeping
- Timekeeping and keeping records of employee leave credits
- Handling pre-processing of payroll and consolidating of time keep files

 Employee Relations
- Ensure employees’ compliance with the company’s policies and procedures pertinent to the contents of the company’s employee manual
- Assist in conducting case investigations, prepare documentation and recommendations for corrective/disciplinary actions
- Case management of people-related issues such as disciplinary, grievances and absence management
- Facilitate in company programs and activities

 HR Services Support
- Organization, collation and preparation of materials necessary in the implementation of programs related to employee welfare and events
- Liase with other departments in disseminating announcements, notices, memoranda, newsletters, and other pertinent documents
- Preparation of reports, handling inquiries, processing requisition and other services and support rendered by other departments
- Coordination, preparation of tools, planning and providing feedback to facilitate administration of periodic performance appraisal
- Collaboration and cooperation in maintaining updated and accurate systems database


 Office Administration and Secretarial Support
- Ensuring confidentiality and security of documents and information
- Maintenance and implementation of filing and storage system for files, records, correspondences, reports and other documents
- Participation in meetings, keeping records and reports, and taking appropriate actions necessary to address concerns pertaining to the department
