Description : 2x250 MW Lignite based power plant based on CFBC boiler by BHEL with capacity of 810 TPH. Complete O&M contract of BTG, BOP & CHP for 15 years including spares contract.
Duties:
•Prepare Preventive Maintenance Schedule & Annual Shutdown program using MS Project.
•Carry out the planning and control function for Plant Maintenance works together with Maintenance and Operation Department.
•To coordinate with maintenance disciplines and operation department to carry out routine maintenance and shutdown / Annual Outage.
•Maintain plant data of equipment, input additional configuration data, equipment history administration. Utilize EPMS for planning and scheduling of PM and CM jobs.
•Prepare maintenance reports for management review/decision.
•Prepare & submission of maintenance activities, performance parameters, Incentives & Penalties estimation on operating parameters, outage summary reports to the Owner.
•Analyze breakdown reports and where appropriate recommend changes in preventive maintenance schedules.
•Taking accountability for overall maintenance planning. Assist Hod's and Co-ordinate with maintenance department for Work scheduling to minimize equipment non-availability.
•Follow up on PM backlogs & ensure to schedule it on daily, weekly basis.
•Attending daily morning meeting with all departments indicating any bottlenecks and taking timely remedial action
Project : 2X300 MW Thermal Power Plant (JPGPL), Yavatmal, MS
Contract Cost : INR 3425 Cr Approx.
Description : 2X300 MW thermal power plant construction in the state of Maharashtra by the South Korean Government company KOEN.
Duties:
•Estimated the project cost of Coal Based (2×300 MW) Thermal Power Project.
•Prepare a financial model of 1200 MW thermal Power Project as per Regulatory and Financial aspects.
•Delivered presentation on TOR (Phase-I) Clearance.
•Interacted with consultant for finalization of the Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) Report.
•Prepared presentation and attended Expert Appraisal Committee (EAC) meeting for final environment clearance.
•Regulatory knowledge of power sector i.e. Electricity Act 2003, National Electricity Policy, National Tariff policy, etc.
•Re-examined technical and commercial bids (Mechanical) of vendors such as SEC, BHEL, Toshiba and Dongfeng along with consultant and list out the deviations from the RFP.
•Attended technical meetings with bidders along with consultant (Fitchner).
•Preparation of Baseline Program for project at the tendering stage as per the scope of work using Primavera P6/MS project.
•Prepared & Monitor L3/L4 level construction/erection schedules of packages such as
Airbus A320-212 fitted with CFM56-5B Turbofan Engine
sustained runaway lighting system with model.
•Industrial visit to Tarapur Nuclear power plant facility, Tarapur, Maharashtra to study detailed working of various systems like nuclear reactor & turbine generator etc
On job trainee at M/s Go airline maintenance where I have participated in line maintenance, preventive maintenance, weekly and A check.
Duties:
•Assisted in Transit Inspection like refueling, Engine oil charging, Push back of aircraft & Minor snag rectification.
•Carried out Daily, Weekly Inspection like wheel & Brake assembly change, Accumulator charging, hydraulic charging, Servicing of fuel, oil, APU & IDG filter, Replacing of starter & bleed valve.
•Assisted In “A Check” And Multiple “A Checks” likes servicing of IDG, starter motor, Cabin maintenance, greasing of all the movable parts like main & nose landing gears, aileron & flap actuator etc.
•Component Replacement and Snag Rectification like HPTACC & LPTACC valve change, Landing gear Actuator change.
•Assisted in Engine ideal run-up, emergency engine starts up by using manual operation of air starter valve.
•Filling up technical logbooks like airframe & engine logbook.
•Calculation of aircraft flying hours & engine flying hours.
