Handles sales team covering Traditional Channels (e.g. Supermarket, Grocery, Market Stalls and Side Street stores). Responsible in providing guidance to the sales personnel in the development and implementation of the different standard operational processes to achieve the company objectives. Monitors, coaches, and mentors the sales personnel to enhance their knowledge and skills to achieve soonest, their optimum potential and to benefit all whom they serve. Ensures the implementation & attainment of productivity standards (e.g. Sales Objective, New Product Placement Monitoring, Competitors Activity Report, Distribution costs vs
sales ration and other Key Results Area)

Handles sales team covering Traditional Channels (e.g. Convenience Store, Pharmacy, Cooperatives, Schools, and On-Premise Accounts (HORECA). Develops workable strategies, objectives and action steps for long-term, mid-term and short-term directions. Ensures correct and timely execution of business-building programs as identified and recommended by Principal and assigned operations. Submits accurate, complete and timely reports that may be required by the Principal and the Distributor Owner

Responsible with the system and stocks inventory. Receives warehouse’s physical inventory report. Receives original copies of delivery receipt from supplier; ensures that all stocks were correctly accounted. Prepares payment advice slip to facilitate processing of payment of received stocks. Recommends audit of reports should there be identified variance or discrepancies. Responsible in Bad Order Management and Return of Good Stocks.

Oversees the daily operations and productivity of the offsite team. Determines and recommends hiring channel mix, and eventually prepares and submits proposals for budget and sourcing activities. Conducts regular business reviews with the offsite team. Works with Recruitment Manager on creating solution to
additional ramp request. Regularly scans and studies the market/hiring zone to check on landscape changes and developments that might affect/impact hiring. Manages performance of the offsite team and conducts coaching sessions. Transacting to government offices - DOLE and PESO. Handling Academe Linkage Program and advertising.
