Working as an Immigration Caseworker/Legal advisor, providing immigration advice and assistance.
My role includes but not limited to managing records, researching information, assisting the Lawyer and counsel in preparations for trials, complex casework, drafting covering letters, case management, consulting clients, general casework, compliance and client care issues
Advising clients on most categories of applications under the Points Based System (Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 4)
Casework on applications covered by the Immigration Rules including visitors, students, family members, long residence applications and applications submitted under European Law
Advising on and preparation of applications for spouse visas, permanent residence
Handling all aspects of entry clearance, naturalization and settlement applications
