- Manage VVIP clients' unique requirements by overseeing the entire workforce of property operations - providing and managing Agent Role in addition to Principle contractor functions, simultaneously, as a customized operational model.

- Involved in giving support for the QMS department in the successful award of ISO 9001 Certification.
- Involved in the successful implementation of Concept Evolution FSI and Power BI Dashboard Reporting tools, managing all aspects of the operation like contract Financials, Stores, Projects (Civil & MEP), In-house and out-sourced Service Providers Performance management
- Involved in the collaboration with the procurement department to achieve the most cost and effective administrative solution to all of the subcontracted services (Economy of Scale) and items supplied (Blanket Agreements)

Nation Towers is an exemplary addition to the capital’s skyline, located on Abu Dhabi’s Corniche. Nation Towers comprises
of two towers that have world class facilities including a 5 star deluxe hotel, loft apartments, office space, retail area,
recreational amenities, beach club and ample parking for residents and visitors.
Tower 1 is made up of 64 stories, and Tower 2 feature 51 stories, with each tower offering its own unique blend of luxurious
facilities. Tower 1 is offering 360 residential units.
A 5 star deluxe hotel is situated in the top 17 floors of Tower 2, giving visitors breathtaking views of the city and the sea. The
remaining floors in Tower 2 include class A leasable office space.
Nation Towers have a stunning boutique retail shopping complex element, distributed over two levels around a large central
multi-storey galleria space. The shopping area include food & beverage outlets overlooking the Corniche, and connected to
the office area and hotel components of the project as well as a tunnel connecting to the beach club.
Nation Towers has a dedicated District Cooling Plant with a capacity of 12, 500tons.

Duties & Responsibilities:
❑ Manage & oversee the Transition process in handing over of properties from the stage of construction completion
to a fully FM operations. Works with ICT Projects Department on the final hand-over acceptance.
❑ Prepare RFP’s for tender for FM services (Hard & Soft services)
❑ Evaluate tenders and make recommendation
❑ Managing FM Management Department in doing a role of Acting Head of FM during the absence of Head of FM to
oversee and manage the FM Department in running across the entire FM portfolio of ICT which composed of 45
no. of different sites/properties.
❑ Taking a lead in putting/developing FM Strategic Operations, FM Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Energy
Management Strategy, and Innovation Works across ICT properties portfolio.
❑ Taking a lead to keep ICT FM Department aligned from FM best standard practice and keep abreast on FM
evolutions.
❑ Managing the FM Service Providers (Hard & Soft Services)
❑ Managing the contract of the FM service providers, making assessment and evaluation of FM service providers
performance based on the SLA’s and KPI’s.
❑ Managing the District Cooling Operator & Maintenance service provider (District Cooling Plant is owned by ICT).
❑ Working with ICT Projects Department for design review and check of new projects based on FM perspective for
new projects.
❑ Manage the OPEX, CAPEX and Service Charge.
❑ Working with Project Management Team in ensuring compliance of Contractor’s responsibilities during Defect
Liability Period (DLP)
❑ Manage the Project Handover (from Project Completion to FM take over)

❑ Plan, organize, implement, supervise and evaluate all activities that would lead to, or contribute to the attainment of
a smooth and efficient engineering operation.
❑ Identify, evaluate and recommend sources of possible cost savings or cost efficient operation covering all
operational and technical aspect of the property.
❑ Plan, budget and implement selected training programs related to maintenance, technological development or new
equipment to gradually upgrade technical competence level of engineering manpower and services capabilities.
❑ Plan, budget, organize, schedule and implement the Preventive maintenance program for all major/secondary
equipments to ensure that they are kept in excellent condition to meet their services operating requirements.
❑ Review and evaluate all aspect of the property equipment and/or facilities installation and operation as regard
compliance to acceptable to Environmental Health and Safety Regulations or Permits.
❑ Oversee the maintenance of an adequate method of record management covering all aspect of engineering works.
❑ Institute such measures or programs that will contribute towards better cooperation, coordination, moral upliftment,
job satisfaction and career development. Interface with the Client on the standard requirements of
Ascott/Somerset. Meet Consultants for the implementation of the same.
