Handling the marketing of Multiple Events and conferences in the GCC and new industry areas.
Job Duties: - Working on the CRM ( Customer Relationship Management), for collecting and analyzing data .
- Working on Several Events in GCC, with coordination with the Marketing and Sales Team
-Analyzing Event’s Marketing briefs and determine the target leads to generate the events success.
-Build prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
-Managing LinkedIn Groups of every Event.

• Managing the production of Marketing Materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers and presentations.

• Arranging for the effective distribution of Marketing Materials.

• Responsible for all the social Media activities and campaigns (collecting articles, posting, launching competitions, launching surveys, boosting campaigns etc…).
