• Reporting to the Managing Director and accountable for creation and management of a seamless process between all aspects of project delivery including development, commercial, construction and O&M
• Management responsibility for Design, Construction, Procurement, Health & Safety and Design/Technical Departments, and responsible for ensuring production of accurate scopes of works

• Work closely with Operation Director, Technical Director and O&M Director to ensure adherence to the company’s strategic planning and vision
• Initiate and develop close working relationships with work business partners including domestic and foreign suppliers and contractors, and conduct complex negotiations of contracts valued over £500k
• Contribute to the preparation and allocation of budget for each project up to £35m with overall projects value of £120m for 2015
• Pivotal role as client liaison to ensure projects meet all required criteria in respect to commercial agreement, deadlines and Health & Safety
• Ensure contractor submission of all RA & MS prior any work and liaise with construction managers following evaluation to advise on additional steps to be taken
• Analyse preliminary design, making recommendations on project build from construction and H&S perspective, and coordinate process and liaison between planning and execution of projects
• Drive design team compliance with H&S and CDM 2015 regulation and manage risk mitigation at design stage
• Involved in procurement on high value items and works, ensuring procurement is completed via tender process
• At commencement of construction starts, ensure all construction managers are provided with required information and build progress is reported on weekly bases until completion. Conduct site progress visits
• Manage process from commercial and construction point of view of solar PV farms
• Oversee project handover to client of H&S File and O&M Certification of Completion
• Implement aggressive time and budget management systems to ensure compliant deliver of all projects, supported through creation of an effective reporting structure and framework
• Pivotal role in preparation of company structure to meet ISO management system criteria
