Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the companyʼs products/services addressing or predicting clientsʼ objectives
Prepare sales contract ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

Support for information purposes, provision of price conditions for possible services at the airport and detailed flight calculation according to the required flight conditions and detailed request; Additionally holing tasks of Administrative assistant (Handling employees Affairs ‐ Salaries, Vacations, being responsible for Etisalat phone expenses and lease contracts of each employee.;
Providing Visa, health insurance and other legal documents for employees) Handling legal company documents and agreements.
Departure of tourists -control of flight time validity and location check in accordance with system(1C) and data currently in force; Handling documentation and transport coupon to ensure timely transportation at the required airport; Arrival of tourists; Hotels notifications; maintain necessary data and records; Entering transport expensies into the accounting;Premium transfers and VIP services;
Managing and interpreting customer requirements; Calculating client quotations provide pre‐sales technical assistance and product education; Negotiating and closing sales; Analyzing costs and sales; Leading other members of the sales team;Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure
resolution; Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents;
