Responsible for Recruitment, Induction and Employee Relations, Payroll Administration, Compensation Benefits, Leave Management, and Employee Welfare.
Function as an HR and Personnel Officer Recruitment, Induction and Employee Relations, Payroll Administration, Training and Development, Income Tax and EPF, ESI, ISO9000, Compensation Benefits.
Roles and Responsibility:
Recruitment & Retention, Employee Relations, Payroll and Benefits Administration, HRIS Technologies, Training & Development Performance Management, Grievance handling.
• Maintain personnel records via HRIS (Hard & Soft copies) for all employees required by Indian Factory Act.
• Employee’s transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and employee statistics reporting to Management and government.
• Time office Control leaves of absence, including sick, personal time off for smooth Productivity process.
• Manage the recruitment process from inception to hand-over of the applicant pack (all completed pre-employment checks) to the recruitment department and act as supervisor of Recruitment Administrator, monitoring and executing all of the recruitment transactional processes required to meet both Service Level Agreements and ultimately the timely completion and delivery of the recruitment process.
• Assist and carry out recruitment exercise by writing out the ads (newspaper ads, online job ads or agency), calling suitable candidates and arranging for interviews.
• Responsible for entire Statutory & Payroll with all governmental deduction i.e., Income Tax, Labour welfare, Professional Tax, ESI, PF.
• Analysis of Training needs through their Performance Appraisal, Direct Interaction & Meetings. To prepare the Training Programs, Training calendar based on both the organizations and the individual's needs. Effectiveness of Training Needs to ensure that training requirements are met both the organization’s and the individual's needs.
• Responsible for ISO records, and also International Customers Audit.
• Handled Grievance, Statutory & Payroll Compliance under factories acts applicable.
• Office facility management like company subscriptions (magazines & newspapers), mobile/Landline numbers, and phone extensions and different equipment to allocate them to the assigned persons.
• Statutory requirements i.e. under Factories Act, 1948 Factory License its yearly Renewal, Annual Return, maintaining Registers as prescribed under Indian Labor Act.
• Housekeeping, Transport Maintenance, Factory and Office Administration.
