2. Develop robust procurement operations and control framework. Manage every aspect of the supply chain and notify the management team of any possible obstacles to ideal efficiency.
3. Led monthly S&OP planning meetings with senior management team. Development of KPIs to track improvements of budget vs. actual spend.
