Responsible for the physical management and tracking of change documentation,
and signature logs in accordance of Passport and Visa with Consulate General of
India (Dubai).
Responsible for preparing Detail entry of Application and maintaining databases.
Reviews change control documentation of passport & visa for accuracy and
completeness.
Data maintain in excel file.
Preparing documentations.
Co-ordination with embassies and High commissions.
Handling the Customer complaint.
Handling Receptions.
Tracking and updating the Application Status for the Applicant.
Coordinating with Operation Manager and Centre Supervisor for the customer
support
