•Manage contractor and subcontractor activities, reviewing proposals, developing performance specifications, and serving as a liaison with the organization.

•Conducting quarterly evaluation and categorization of suppliers and taking corrective/preventive actions

•Playing a key role in meeting warehouse operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews, thereby implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
•Integrate activities across organizations on the supply chain by ensuring information visibility in inventory levels, anticipated productions, and material-in-transit.
•Evaluate and select information or other technology solutions to improve the tracking and reporting of materials or product distribution, storage, or inventory.

Monitor daily operations of warehouses, against SOPs and service levels agreed between Company

Monitoring the performance levels of Warehouses

Software system
Responsible coordinating with various locations for timely stock transfer.
Responsible for stock reconciliation with system Vs physical.
Responsible for checking bills of vendors as per contract.
Over all handling 3PL operations along with company administration and accounts to achieve more revenue to company, also faces many consecutive issues in entire job period and also sort out many major issues like Permit issues, shipment holding clearances from custom department with many promotions with my expect target achievement along with company reputation.
Majorely I am handling entire operation and major clients with reports and satisfactory results .
