Manage the development and implementation of staffing strategies to ensure effective recruitment, selection and retention of qualified employees,
Designing and implementing the overall recruitment strategy i.e. Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position, allocating the requirements to team members.

Created Process Maps and Standard Operating Process’s (SOPs), Employee database and ensuring timely updates
Providing HR advice and support to managers and staff on a wide range of operational human resource issues
Coordinating with the L&D team to ensure all the new employees are oriented to the organizations goal
Lead and manage organization development, global talent acquisition, talent retention and succession planning strategies to improve staff productivity.
Quantified the cost of attrition and took a focused approach to reduce four percent in FY 2016/17
