To Manage a Shift in the Inbound & Outbound Facilities Ensuring Daily Accurate Receipt & Storage from Internal Customers of all Finished Goods and the Subsequent Dispatch of these to the Respective Sales Depots in a Timely Manner, Following Strict Operating Procedures and Agreed Service levels. Accounts & Finance
➢ Handle the daily finance activities and ensure that all expenses should hit with right GL & Cost Centre
➢ Review of SAP accounting postings for Accuracy on daily & weekly basis
➢ Analysing the Balance Sheet components, comparing with previous period and Prior year, collecting
Necessary backup’s and schedules to support the reasons for major deviations reported.
➢ Circulating the consolidated Balance Sheet to Shared Services Manager, Financial Accounting Manager
➢ and Accounting Manager - Reporting for review with Head of Finance
➢ Preparing the P&L summary and margin over material product group wise
➢ Preparing an analytical review commentary for the quarter and YTD figures
➢ Ensure to pass monthly closing activities on time with accuracy
➢ Preparation of Reclass JV’s & Accrual JV
➢ OHD cost centre manager report monthly basis.
➢ Weekly flash for all relevant GL
➢ Preparing Quarterly Audit File
➢ Monitoring and checking Loss in Process report on a Weekly basis
➢ Confirm that business transactions are performed as per standard operating procedures and Finance Manuals
