•Carried out Procedure Qualification test (PQT) for Thermal spray applicator as per NACE 12
•Review of TSA feed stock material, storage, calibration certificate for TSA machines
•Blasting inspection, dust level, chloride test and profile measurement carried out before TSA
•Witnessed bend test for TSA test coupon as per approved ITP and procedure
•Witnessed porosity test and pull off test for TSA test coupon as per approved ITP
•Final visual inspection and DFT measurement of TSA applied structures and spools as per drawing
•Final color code inspection of TSA applied Structures as per drawing
•Monitoring the storage condition, expired date of Paint materials FBE Powder, Copolymer, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, TSA, PFP materials and checking with Batch #, Color code, Product Date Sheet, according to paint manufacture instruction, approved procedure and ITP
•Monitoring of Surface Temperature, Pre heat temperature, coating application temperature, Post heat (Curing) of FBE coating, 2 Layer, 3 Layer polyethylene, Polypropylene Epoxy Coating as per project procedure, Manufacturer data sheets
•Ensure all Coating, Fireproofing materials are stored in accordance with specifications & procedures and all waste products are disposed of safely & correctly.
•Witnessed pre-qualification test for TSA and PFP
•Inspecting and approving Mockup test, applicator qualification test for Fire proof structure, pipes
•Monitoring correct curing and protection of fire proof applied structure.
•Witnessing and inspecting for surface cleanliness for Installation of pins clips and wire mesh complete and conformant.
•Witnessing Cementitious concrete mixture preparation and Application of Cementitious mixture for Correct overall thickness.
•Witness sampling of Cementitious mixture for compressive strength, Bulk density test, Hardness test.
•Witnessing and inspecting of Top and seal coat applied correctly for uniformity, thickness, curing time and finish. All damages or defective areas repaired.
•Witnessing Three Layer Polyethylene 3LPE, Three Layer Polypropylene 3LPP, Concrete weight coating to 34” Line pipe, Neoprene balance coating to riser pipe at splash zone area, . Upon completion of coating activities reviewed and closed out all material data books for all sub-contractors

WELDING

•Monitoring, Surveillance and witnessing of structural tubular, plate girders, piping, riser fabrication, jacket fabrication, leg & piles, module frame structures flare bridges; flare towers, offshore pipeline as per approved ITP for various Islands.
•Monitoring fit up & welding activities as per approved WPS.
•Monitor all quality related activities on the projects.
•Monitoring, Witnessing of Visual, dimensional checks, Ultrasonic testing, Magnetic particle testing, interpretation of radiographic films, Liquid penetrant testing, Post weld heat treatment, Positive material identification, Material traceability, leak testing, bolt tightening and tensioning, pneumatic testing, hydro testing, flushing and reinstatement activities as per approved procedures.
•Punch list opening, line walk through, review of test packs & QC Document dossier for mechanical completion.
•Ensure availability of all necessary documents at inspection release.
•Issuing quality deficiency report, Non-conformance report for management review and further follow up.
•Conversant with various welding process such as SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW and SAW.
•Prepare the Welding Procedure Specification according to ASME Section IX and AWS D1.1 and applicable project specifications.
•Prepare and certify Procedure Qualification Record (PQR), in accordance with ASME Section IX.
•Monitor welding activities to ensure that work is being carried out in accordance with approved Welding Procedure.
•Prepare the Welding Procedures according to ASME Section IX and AWS D1.1 and applicable project specifications.
•Conduct Welder Performance Qualification and maintain its record and communicate the Welding Instructions to the Welders / Welding Operators.
