Project Brief:Lifting & Installation of 325 MT DHDS Reactor at HPCL, MumbaiThe 42m long DHDS Reactor was transported from the storage area in the HPCL Refinery to near the foundation, where it was installed onto its foundation using VSL motive units, SLU Strand Jacks and synchronized pumps . Since the Refinery is a working one with restrictions on guying, freestanding Towers of more than 50m height were used for this lift.

Project Brief:
The work comprised Construction of two nos. of cryogenic tank for LNG storage. Each tank was supported on 578 nos. of 1000 mm dia bored cast-in-situ concrete piles of average depth of 36m. Base slab was 83.80m dia & 1000 mm thick. Concrete walls were 81m dia, 800mm thick & 34.35m height
