• Monitoring and controlling movement of all stock items in all warehouses i.e. raw and packaging materials, engineering spares, stationery, etc
• Ensuring effective stock rotation for all materials in all warehouse in liaison with production
• Generating purchase requisitions for all stock materials
• Ensure proper accountability and reconciliation of all returnable packaging
• Ensuring that GRV is raised for all goods received into stores upon physical inspection and verification of such goods against the invoice and the purchase order.
• Ensuring that GRN is raised for every item returned to suppliers
• Ensuring the real-time business use of SAGE system
• Determining and implementing stock control procedures i.e. setting re-order levels, maximum and minimum stock levels to avoid overstocking and under stocking
• Preparing the periodic MRP and delivery schedules for efficient replenishment of all stock materials
• Maintaining proper records for stocks received and stocks issued for reporting purposes
• Coordinating and carrying out stock take on a monthly basis
• Efficient layout of stores area and storage of products and parts

• Identification and management of slow moving and obsolete stocks giving recommendations for the disposal where necessary.
