Accountabilities:
Last assignment as a ‘Project-Manager’, I worked on a real time assignment at a national level (FY 2012-13) to design ‘Go to Market Strategy’ for new ‘Emerging Enterprises’ as a business unit.
Prior to that, was heading Enterprise Sales Operations as ‘Geography-Head for rest of Maharashtra & Goa’. Increase wallet share in top 1300 Enterprises by penetrating fixed line voice, MPLSVPN, ILL, GSM, mobile data, VAS & managed services.
Promoted to Head-Enterprise Sales for TTML, lead enterprise sales operations generating revenue of 60 Million $ per annum in FY 2008-10.
Mentored a team of Vertical specialists, highly skilled Key Account Managers & over 300 feet on streets.
Played a key role in budgeting, building & launching a viable ‘business plans at region, introducing Signature Stores, alliances, customer meets, branding & promotions.
Accomplishments :
Achieved incremental market share which is above 58%, have delivered higher than expected EBITDA Q on Q resulting in making region as the most profitable region for 6 years in a row.
Launched fixed line services in new towns, MIDCs, SEZs, Townships, grids & sought building permissions. Met break even targets & justified investments with meticulous planning & scientific selling approach.
