• Revamped IT Setup across the region of Middle East, Turkey and Africa (22 countries) including implementations of standardized infrastructure, ERP systems and Contact Center through cross-border collaboration with Global IT Teams.
• Built a competent Infrastructure Support team comprising of high performing individuals and external vendor resources.
• Region-wide strategic projects such as Office 365, Windows 10, Mobile Apps for Salesforce, Cloud Migrations, PMO Build-ups for BIM/Engineering, Hilti Online for Partners cloud platform and Business Continuity planning for key locations.
• Headquarter build-ups of major offices in Dubai, Johannesburg, Doha, Cairo and Istanbul with key supportive technologies for meeting spaces and collaboration.
• Functional leader of IT Support Team in Dubai including implementation of a leading ITSM platform for incident-management.
• Day-to-day administration, support and maintenance of the server infrastructure consisting of 50+ physical servers and SAN (HP, IBM, EMC), including backup responsibilities, shared 24*7 operations monitoring and high-availability.
• Supported enterprise-level communications infrastructure with Microsoft Exchange®, Blackberry® and Avaya®.
• Liaised with 3rd-party vendors and service providers for services and support including production evaluations and new technology implementations.

• Implemented new data center with $250, 000 equipment with 0 downtime.
• Created regional investor relations call center with 22 reps.
• Revamped the IT processes involving Active Directory infrastructure, Identity management and Change Management on Infrastructure servers and services.
• Commissioning of a high-available data center architecture and infrastructure for the Dubai International Finance Center offices integrated with DIFX, Bloomberg, Reuters and other FX solutions.
• Implementation of IBM-based tool for ITSM.
• Execution of a Multi-Channel contact center driven by Avaya ® for the group’s Brokerage and Fund Management operations.
