Job Responsibilities includes:
- Planning, controlling, coordinating and ensure seamless execution of Fleet operations for Expo 2020 under
transport operations.
- Handling Expo Contractor’s team of 30+ admins and 200+ Vehicle drivers under various vehicle category of
Buggy, SUV’s, Air-compressed Power trains & Expo ride Buses for task allocation and seamless execution with
100% visitor satisfaction through the FMS (Fleet Management System).
-Planning daily route as per respective requests from Visitors centers for events and different category of
visitors such Media, Dubai police, Dubai municipality, Protocol (VVIP), Event Artists & celebrities etc.
- Daily briefing to admin team for task allocation as per their competencies and ensuring maximum efficiency
with errorless and accuracy of task completion with SLA.
-Facilitate, manage & support Vehicle maintenance, breakdown actionable, servicing - maintaining all records
and co-ordination of key room management.
-Ensuring Expo standards and protocols, as per the policies and ensuring best Health and safety standards.
-Developed new S.O.P for Fleet operations- admins for better efficiency of the department with continuous
improvement in process having practical approach.
- Responsible for implementing & integrating the vehicle and equipment tracking software system for
monitoring vehicle usage and performance.
- Planning of Fleet activities and continual update of policies, procedures and documentation to reflect business
needs and requirements.

- Handling HNI clients for property consulting and relationship management.
