Working on Derrick while Maintanance of Hydrolic System Finger board, during Triping in/ out. Work in Mud Pump Room for Fluied End Inspection, changing linear & piston, cleaning water cooling tank.changing Volve, mud transffering pit to pit, offloading & backloading mud from boat. making mud, chemical mixing, driving Forklift for shifting chemical pallet and drum pallet.Assit Drill Crew during making BHA, Rig up pipe and making cement strand.
Worked in Rec-arm system Rig JSF-140, Relieving the Pump Man on derrick while tripping. Derrick inspection, crown &Top drive service, Drop inspection, Mud testing involving weight, viscosity and volumes, Pit watch, Drilling Fluied - Transferring & Offloading & back loading, Pit & Sand trap - cleaning & dump, Obtain PTW system processor.Mud pumps maintenance involving changing liners, Pistons, suction & discharge seats and valves, Fluied end inspection, Mixing chemical while making Mud from Sack room Hopper, Braite mixing for update Mud wt., Operating Forklift while shifting chemical pallet & drum, Transferring Braite from storage tank to Surge tank by using the electrical control panel, Changing Shaker Screens, etc. Maintain the work area tidy and hazarde free all the time every where.Monitoring Pit volume.Assist Roughneck when Slip & Cut, High Pressure Testing, Making/Breaking BHA, Riser Run, Casing run, Cemening job, DST tool run, Running Completition tool.Changing Funnel on Moon Pool when work with Managed Pressurized Drilling (MPD) system.
Pump Man Responsibilities include: Check and Maintain the correct line up of all Mud Pump. Mixing line should be line up with correct Mixing Pump. Mud transfer during operation. Watching Mud Pump when Pump is running, change cooling water and maintain it clean and cool in cooling tank.Obtain PTW, Isolation certificate for working on Mud Pump & Pit cleaning.Transfering from Reserve tank to pit and pit to Reserve tank by gravity.Line up and Operate Centrifuge, Mud Cooler system.
1. Supervise and assist in mud making activities.
2. Prepares and tests all mud circulating equipment.
3. Supervise repairs and installation of replacement parts to mud pumps and associated equipment.
4. Monitors mud pumps, mud volume and mud properties as directed.
5. Monitors mud pit level and advises Driller of losses or gains.
6. Clean and inspect mud tanks as required.
7. Assist rig floor crews to make up test string, tools and equipment.
8. Assists on Rig Floor as required.
9. Assists in drill pipe handling from monkey board while tripping in and out of hole.
10. Assists in make up and running casing to predetermined depth.
11. Assists cementing subcontractor representative with cementing operations as directed.
12. Represent the Company in a professional manner both on and off the job to include confidentiality of Company and
client business.
13. Eliminate any waste and establish a cost conscious planning effort within area of responsibility.
14. Ensure that all rig equipment within area of responsibility is maintained in accordance with the
Company's Preventative Maintenance Program.
15. Ensure that equipment is returned to its proper storage location in a condition where it is ready to be used again
16. Promptly report any damaged equipment.
17. Be knowledgeable of all Company safety policies and procedures that pertain to your area of responsibility including
fire fighting, emergency equipment, life saving equipment and emergency response.
18. Check safety harness for wear each time it is used.
19. Keep all working areas free from debris.
20. Actively participate in safety discussions, safety drills and inspections.
21. Report all incidents or injuries to self or crew members which occur, regardless of seriousness, in accordance with
Company procedure.
22. Maintain all Company paperwork in a neat, timely and orderly fashion.
23. Attend meetings as required by the Company
Work with MPD (Managed Pressurized Drilling ) system in HPHT well.Derrick man is responsible for Derrick, Pump Room, Sack Room, Shaker room & Reserve Pit, Line up Centrifuge, Mud cooler, Poor boy Degessar, Flow line, Mud Transfer, Pit Watching, Mud offloading and backloading, for Tripping in and out, Assisting in making and breaking out BHA on Rig Floor.Changing Funnel on Moon Pool while BHA coming up and running in through Moon pool.Assist Subsea when BOP run and pull out. Assist Floorman when Cashing running in operation.Making Cement Strand, Slip and Cut, Top Drive inspection, Derrick Inspection, Crown inspection and lubrication.

I have completed my Graduation in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics Subject. my Graduation degree in Three years course. My favorite subject is Mathes.Still I would like to do in mathematics calculation because its our life and buisness part.
Completed my Higher Secondary Education in Subject English, Mathematics, Physic, Chemistry and Hindi.my favorite subject is Mathes.
Honors in Biology and in Category of Moral Education. I completed High School in Subject English, Hindi, Biology, Science, Mathematics, Social Science with in First Division and get First position from my District.
