Development and updating of Level-IV plan on Primavera P6
Tracking the entire activities, quality and execution of day-to-day works using Primavera.
Carrying out planning, scheduling and monitoring of site work there by ensuring that the entire works have been done in accordance with the manuals.
Preparation of 36 Hours look-ahead schedule
Weekly/daily reports generation including ‘S’-curves for client & management review

Review P&ID’s and Isometric drawings for job planning.
Making the daily reports and submitting to the Client every day.
Making the Weekly and Monthly reports and submitting them to the client on the Contractual Basis.
Monitoring & Tracking the work progress.
Making the productivity of the company each month, by tracking the spent hours and quantities executed by each discipline.
Understand WBS structure, and work with management and project team in the development of work break down structure for progress measurement, scheduling and project control.
Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts (histograms/S curves). Reports and analyses deviations from plan.
Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern which required action of the associate task member.
Develop and update resource (manpower and equipment) histogram weekly or monthly as required.
Making the Saudization Reports as it was contractual requirement with the Client.
Making the Saudization Reports for the Subcontractors and back charge them each month.
Working on Primavera for updating the Schedule.
Making the Internal Flash report for the Top Management every week.
Manage the design process required to complete the design of new mechanical/plumbing installation including water and sewerage installation and firefighting installation.
Review and approve mechanical/plumbing designs prepared by consultants.
Maintain accurate records of completed construction works.
