Handling accounting, financing and reporting activities.
Monitor Accounts Payable, Receivable & Budget Preparation.

Arranging basic documentation for processing LC & Bank Guarantee and Trade Finance.
Taxation and other statutory requirements pertaining to, corporate Tax, service Tax, Agriculture Tax etc.
Experience in Managing Inventory Issues, Receipts and generating perioral reports and inventory valuation for audit purpose.
Invoice generation and Credit Control.
Process vendors and subcontract’s payments, send details to Project office, contractors and subcontractors reconciliation etc.
Supporting Senior Management Team for timely completion of periodical reports, Auditing and Reporting to Financial Controller
• Responsible for Accounting of Assets, valuation of depreciation, site transfer
• Processed sub contractors payments, handled accounting and reconciliation of bank statement, ageing of receivables & payable.
• Liaised with Bank for Opening LC, Bank Guarantee documentation.
• Accountable for quarterly tax declaration and documentation of Profit Tax, Service Tax, and Income Tax etc.
• Involved in preparing and accounting the payroll of Expatriate Staff
