Worked as QC/QA during my period in Milma a dairy processing industry.
Ensured temperature of milk and other milk products during receival, processing and storage
Standardizing of Solid non fat and fat percentage in milk before processing.
Ensuring proper material handling and process with GMP and GHP
Ensured proper cleaning practices such as CIP, personal hygiene and cleaning of machines and equipments.

I worked in the company as a Production Incharge during my 3 month internship. Done daily activities of the production process starting from receiving of raw material to the finished goods and it's by product.Supervised different processing section along with ensure proper processing techniques, material handling, quality and hygiene measures taken, ensuring efficiency of the process, packaging and quality of the product throughout the production

Worked as an Intern in Biogenic Labs.
Helps in hands on experience on various analysis, equipments and technologies such as moisture, fat, carbohydrate, fibre and protein analysis, spectrophotometer, centrifuge, ash analysis, kjeldhal protein analyser, moisture analyser, Ph meter, freeze dryer, and spray drying.
