Report to the QA/QC Manager of the Project.
Manage quality control inspection at site covering receipt of materials and erection activities, alignment, bolt torqueing etc by Quality specification and drawings.
Monitoring & inspection of execution of Civil Foundations, Steel Structure works pertaining to main Pipe rack, Unit pipe rack, Equipment structures, Storage silo, Sub pipe rack & Compressor shelters as per the approved drawings and specifications.
Conducted all scheduled inspections based on approved ITP, Method statements, Quality Control procedures (QCP) and recorded results on check lists/test forms.
Attending to RFI’s raised by concerned at various stages of inspection and for various activities like Pad plate inspection, Fit-up and welding, Alignment, Bolt Torqueing, Gratings fixing, Handrail Erection etc.
Inspect structure with reference to various tolerances and specifications and also ensure usage of appropriate material selection, Fasteners & consumables being used.
Monitored activities across assigned sites and ensured consistent strict compliance with approved project quality plan including inspection and test plans (ITP).
Ensure that qualified welders, WPS & PQR are used to perform tasks and NDT requirements as per ITP.
Raise RFI for the completed works.
Carry out intermediate & final inspection as per RFI at various stages, Issue and close punchlist and handing over of steel structure after final completion.
Generate Punch List and ensure the closing with all the standards.
Collect all documents and prepare Final Dossier as prepare project requirement.
Reporting to the Project Engineer of the company.
Attended project planning meetings to coordinate mechanical system designs with structural and piping teams, discuss about the method statements and ITP, and coordinate delivery timelines.
Coordinating and discuss with my teams for the smooth and perfect completion of the project.
Conducting Tool Box Meeting with supervisor’s, foreman’s and workers to ensure the work is done in safe conditions and check the work permit's is issued for the particular jobs every day.
Ensure safety in project & manages environment in coordination with safety officers for safe operations.
Involved in erection of columns and beams for main pipe racks, sub-pipe racks, equipment structures, compressor shelters, Turbine Generator structure and pipe lines.
Provided guidelines to supervisors and rigging Forman for erection of various structures, Pipes, Equipment’s etc.
Planned daily as well as weekly schedules and work to achieve these targets by regular methodologies.
Understand and interpret engineering drawings to ensure work is carried out accordingly and Coordinated with supervisor's and foeman's to ensure that work is carried out as per specification and on schedule.
Inspected welding’s and fabrication work and coordinated with client’s QC department and conduct material inspection with client's as a part of pre-erection procedures.
Kept track of all work progress provided and up-gradation done and scheduled the same periodically. Prepared project status report and shared with management to apprise of work done and progress.
Work jointly with Project Engineer and Engineering team.

Successfully completed B.E. Mechanical Engineering
•Also proficient in MS Office Applications and internet.
•Supervising the works, for completing it within the stipulated time
•Fabrication and Maintenance of ship HULL and deck
•Co-ordinating the works with planning and QC department

•Ensuring the NDT requirements are done by the QC department before proceeding to the next level of fabrication / Installation.
