Job Responsibilities
Support partners/Integrators by providing them the technical assistance onSharp products
Provide them the complete solution by recommending the third party products also as a part of solution package
Visiting the trade shows to find the latest technology/competition in the market
Provide sales support internally & externally by giving the proper product suggestion based on the requirement
Helping the client /integrators to suggest the exact model comply with specs on tenders
Helps the consultants to derive proper cost effective solution on AV requirements
Create partnerships with third party products & select the suitable product to provide complete solution with Sharp products as a part of solution package & recommend the good products for OEM labeling
Assist the sales team in achieving the divisional budget in terms of growth and profitability for LCD, IDP & IWB.
Manage the pre-sales operations / processes of B2B.
Work together with the sales team to review and prepare necessary documents for participating in tenders / bids for LCD IDPs & IWBs.
Review enquires requirements, etc. from customers and design and proposes suitable solutions.
Meet with potential customers along with the sales team and make solution-centric presentations.
Review the solutions, designs, BOQs, schematics, etc. and ensure the proposal is line with the customer's requirement.
Offer pre-sales training to the internal team as and when needed.
Job Responsibilities
Be responsible for qualification of customer requirements and carrying out
pre-sales analysis.
Lead and manage the pre-sales operations for the company.
Be responsible for initial RFQ reviews.
Meeting customers and making solution-centric presentations.
Be responsible for qualification of bids and prioritization of workload.
Be responsible for designing the solutions being offered.
Review the solutions design, BOQs, schematics etc.
Ensure the accuracy of all proposals.
Ensure efficiency is maintained in the pre-sales team.
Ensure compliance and certification level of the company with respect to
suppliers and vendors.
Work with the sales team in achievement of specific sales strategies.
Be responsible for pre-sales staff training.
Prepare designs, quotes & proposals of AV Systems
Supervise and manage the implementation/execution of assigned projects
Manage the worksite manpower & planning
Request materials for each project requirement
Issue reports on project’s progress
Train company staff members on selected topics
Implement company Quality Management System
• Conversant in the design and implementation of Professional audio systems, Audio Visual Systems, Video conference systems, Sound reinforcement systems & wireless communication systems
• Proper Planning & co-ordination on time with Sub Contractors, Clients, Technicians, Labours & execute the work on time as per the satisfactory level of Client & maintain the quality as well
• Give training to the end users up to their satisfaction & give suppport to the client always
• Ability to conduct research, design, develop and test electronic components-systems for commercial, industrial use utilizing knowledge of electronic theory and materials properties.
• Maintain equipments used in Audio Visual, Video Conference & PA Systems
