Designing, supervising / assisting draftsmen for preparing construction shop, builders work and as built drawings for drainage, water supply & firefighting
as per specifications. Preparation of Pump head calculations for Water supply & Sewage Pumps. Preparation of Material submittals, drawing submittals and
liaison with Main Contractor, Client / Consultant. Quantity takeoff from shop drawings as per specification. Ensuring material delivery, execution of works as per the contract programs, allocation of works to Site engineers & foremen. Preparation of O & M Manuals. Co-ordination with other MEP services.
Main duties includes material submittals, drawing submittals, liaison with Main
Contractor, Client / Consultant, quantity takeoff from shop drawings as per specification, ensuring material delivery, execution of works as per the contract
programs, allocation of works to foremen, designing, supervising / assisting draftsmen for preparing shop, builders work and as built drawings, co-ordination
