• Responsible in all Inventories.
• Analyze & finalize all Inventory Reports.
• Assist to Store manager in generating reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Printing and distributing Daily Price Change Report to all concern departments.
• Prepares/ check and strictly monitor Retail Adjustment and forward to the Retail Operation division in head office.
• Communicate with the Buying divisions regarding product errors such as (wrong price, wrong description, negative margin no/wrong cost price, wrong PLU code) etc.
• Assist Marketing Team in running promotions.
• Maintain complete shelf tags, A4 signs, Arrow signs, especially for the end caps display and special promotion products.
• Encoding and Processing of Store Orders to the Warehouse.
• Printing and distributing the New/Back in Stock Report and Stock out Report for all the departments in concern in ordering.
• Stock Adjustment entry and confirmation.
• Responsible for all Inter-store transfer and confirmation.
• Inputting warehouse damages and returns and follow up for the pending unconfirmed.
• Point contact to IT Support divisions in all system problems/issues and all equipment in the store.
• Maintaining at least 99.5% standard operating procedure Scanning Percentage.
• Strictly monitoring and to ensure the correct price of the merchandise.
• Prepares short and over Delivery Tracking report on weekly basis and send to Retail Operation on weekly basis by mail.
• Maintaining and monitoring file for DAILY SHRINK WRAP CREDIT.
• Prepares and sending Short Ship Report to Retail Operation on weekly basis.
• Prepares and sending Stock out SKU 1&2 and send to the buying division on weekly basis.
• Trains and develop personnel for the store operation.
• Helping Front End every time they need help during RUSH hour.
• Supervises in monitoring all inbound & outbound shipments.
• Prepares analysis reports including OPP ranking for the IMEA countries.
• Plan schedules of shipment booking for overseas while trucking booking & freight forwarding the consignment.
• Control and maintain service level as per the KPI index.
• Coordinate with the concerned department & counterpart for follow up delivery.
• Coordinate with Account Executive/Customer Representative per shipping lines with regards to booking, arrival & departure schedule as necessary to expedite transactions.
• Pre- Alerting Hubs & depots for pre action before arrival
• Monitor and maintain centralized files for incoming and outgoing documents / records / correspondence of the departments.
• Monitoring Premium consignment’s for major accounts are under smooth cycle for clearance & delivery.
• System support related task for the internal communication mechanism eg : mainframe, comnex, quantum, TAO(Totally Automated Office ) Support System
• Coordinate with system outsourcing vendor IBM for information sharing repair & troubleshoot.
• Planning, implementing the cost effective measures for the daily operational cost.
