- Responsible for the Operations and Maintenance of multi-site property portfolio of the Organisation’s 50 buildings and facilities in Ghana, Benin, Sierra Leone and Togo.
- Responsible for the Operations and Maintenance of multi-site property portfolio of the Organisation’s 50 plus buildings and facilities in Ghana, Benin, Sierra Leone and Togo providing maintenance and support services around the clock.
- Supervise and manage service providers and consultants to plan, design, procure and execute approved maintenance, landscape, energy, waste management, replacement, renovations and improvement projects.
- Monitoring contracts for works and services costs and expenditures of the department
- Co-ordination with clients of the organisation’s properties, including: Administration, Employment Resource Centre, Missionary Training Centre and places of worship for works and services whilst ensuring contunuity of client’s operations.
- Implement property policies and liaiase with relevant authorities for relevant approvals.
- Prepare maintenance schedules for premises, equipments, fittings, fixtures and furniture.
- Maintain the organisation’s premises and facilities including physical building structure, and all equipments, eg. Electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems etc.
- Effectively co-ordinate with HSE to ensure proper maintenance of permits and licences for public places, and ensuring that organisation’s core values, health and safety standard are followed
- Security and general administrative services (food services, reprographics, transportation, mailroom services, reception, etc.
- Space planning and effecient utilisation of space and resources for existing space and future premises
- Plan, conduct annual inspection with clients/representative; collects information for Annual Planning on regular inspections; and participates in Annual Plan Preparation with Planning and Real Estate Department.
