-Verify and check compliances of camp on a day to day basis.
-To promote requests on timely and in detailed manner in accordance with the relevant staff.
-Ensure compliance in regard of receipt of materials, inspection, differences, allocation, storage, verification and handover operation.
-Ensure asset control.
-Allocation of new arrivals to the sites in Coordination with the HR Department.
-Monitoring the cleanliness of the Camp, Kitchen and Rooms and ensuring proper hygiene accordingly
-Coordination with Kitchen to assure the quality of the service
-Maintain fire-fighting equipment, including all types of hand-held portable fire extinguishers, fire hose greels, fire hydrants and fire blankets.
-Daily handling of the attendance book and report back to HR Department.
-Make arrangements for medical tests of new arrivals for the purposes of Work Permits.
-Working in coordination with other departments on regular basis.
-Make arrangements for medication and/or transportation if required in cases of accidents and sickness
-Preparing the budget. Finding ways for maximum increase of the campus revenue and decrease of the costs
-Vast experience on how to handle inspections of consulting companies and government division(s).
-Organizing committee of labor and staff in order to consider and rectify complaints and/or suggestions concerning leisure

-Answer questions regarding procedures and resolve discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties, repair and surplus property
-Train and direct the work of student assistants
