A- Foam factory prokject:
working on all the responsibilities of building the factory and installing all its machines,
1- Initiations phase, collecting requirements.
2- planning phase, and making cost and time plans, recruitment and equipment etc.
3- execution all tasks as planed .
4- monitoring, controling and evaluation and taking corrective and preventive actions.
5- closing and delivery to factory manager and crew .
coordinating between different technical
teams like construction team, mechanical installation Korean team.
And other stakeholders.

B- Foam factory project in Georgia Countary :
Planning, excution and controlling and delivery.
Planning the whole project, communication with the Korean technical team and our Georgian company employees for factory installation.
As a team member :
1-Reviewing the project feasibility and reviewing project business case like, ROI, BEP, etc.
2-Project Planning, scheduling and time management.
3-Project cost review, cost control, and project resources management.
4-Making Bids and selecting the best consultants and contractors for each project including :
a-Data collection.
b-Tendering.
c-Negotiations.
5-Project implementation and control including :
a-Site visits, project scope verification and control “assuring that the finished work is done according to the contract, specs, drawings and time schedule”.
b-Acting as Project owner representatives, Coordinating between the outsourced partners “ consultants and contractors ”and the company internal departments.
c- Participating in reviewing the invoices technically and financially, Quantity survey and material inspection request.
6-Project closing, assuring that the project is closed in a smooth way
a-Step by step tests and commissioning by experts”internal experts or outsourced such as consultants”.
b-Finalizing the financial issues.
