Working for Customer Mobily Saudi Arabia as EMC and IBM Storage Consultant. Supporting Mobily's Infrastructure for Storage provision, Planning, Monitoring and performance support.
Working on EMC VMAX. DMX, VNX, Clarrion as system administrator and consultant also working on IBM Highend XIV, DS8300, SVC storage for complete support, also supporting mid range storage like Storwise and DS5 Series storage for complete storage support.
Work involve supporting all storage pvoisioning and all storage and SAN Issues.
Working on DELL & EMC Enterprise product for implementation and after sales support, Jobe role to support DELL Blade and Rack Server and DELL Compellent, Equallogic and PowerVault storage implementation and fixing all kind of issues. OS and Virtiualization implementation and support. Working on ISCSI and Fibre SAN and Windows Cluster configuration.
Working as Customer Engineer on All EMC Products like high end storage VMAX, Symmetrix and mid range storage like Celerra, Clariion, Data Domain, Centera, FC Switches and other EMC products as support engineer. Main Job role to do diagnose the failures and issues and fix it by replacing the hardware or by softwares fixes, like code upgrade, patch fixes and reinstallation.
Dealing with Large customer for Monitoring of EMC equipments and doing health check and fixing connectivity and other issues.
Have worked as pre-sales and post sales solution specialist of DELL ESG Product and on EMC SAN/NAS Storage and Backup Projects.
I have sucessfully completed around 15 projects of EMC/DELL/Vmware on High end Baldes & Rack servers and on F.C and ISCSI storage for large corporate customer likes banks, Telcom and other industries on Windows, Linux and IBM AIX.
Have also worked and completed 4 Backup & email Archiving solution projects.
