Roles :
• The process of recruiting suitable candidates for the organisation
• Ensure the working environment is safe for employees
• Identifying and meeting the training needs of existing staff
• Arranging and organizing creative recruitment events, & giving public speeches about the company when necessary.
• Supervising office boys and reviewing that their work goes with accordance to their job description
• Responsible for completion of newcomers paperwork
The Human Resources department covers five key roles and they are :
• Executive role - in this role the HR department are viewed as the specialists in the areas that encompass Human Resources or people management.
• Audit role - in this capacity the HR department will check other departments and the organisation as a whole to ensure all HR policies such as Health & Safety, Training, Staff Appraisal etc are being carried out in accordance with the company's HR policy
• Facilitator role - in this role, the HR department help or facilitate other departments to achieve the goals or standards as laid out in the HR policies of the organisation. This will involve training being delivered for issues that arise in the areas relating to people management.
• Consultancy role - the HR department will advise managers on how to tackle specific managing people issues professionally.
• Service role - in this capacity the HR department is an information provider to raise awareness and inform departments and functional areas on changes in policy
Developing the company name and branding the products internationally
- Trained at kasha tours from 1/3/2010 till 1/5/2010 (Ticketing and reservation)
- Trained in the Export Development Bank of Egypt in Silsila Branch from 18 July 2010 till 29 July 2010 (Customer Service department)
- Trained at Speed Distributor Company (Ahmed Hassan) for 2 weeks (HR department)
-Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing trainings quality and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
- Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for different regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new trainings and services; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
- Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
- Improves training programs marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
