⦁ Investigation and Checking of the sites.
⦁ Checking of steel before the municipality inspection.
⦁ Correcting the comments after municipality inspection.
⦁ Conducting meetings with the Client regarding the status of the project and making suitable architectural changes in drawings as requested by the client.
⦁ Conducting meetings with the consultant to discuss regarding modifications in the architectural and structural drawings.
⦁ Taking quantities of concrete work, block work, steel work, plaster work, painting work, tile work, waterproofing work etc.
⦁ Preparation of sub-contractor payment details with respect to the quantities taken from the site.
⦁ Coordinating with the suppliers and dealers for the materials.
⦁ Checking of the safety of workers and others at the site.
⦁ Supervision of Formwork preparation, Rebar fixing, concreting etc.
⦁ Maintaining daily and monthly reports of work.
