Worked on the anticorrosive performance of polyaniline composites in bio-based non
isocyanate polyurethane coating systems. Gained hands-on laboratory research, testing, and
analytical experience under the guidance of

• Performed Formaldehyde Emission Testing in accordance with PV 3925 and VDA 275
standards.
• Operated thermo-analytical instruments including PerkinElmer DSC 6000 and TGA
4000 for material characterization as per ASTM, ISO, and OEM standards.
• Conducted chemical testing including ash content, flammability, fogging, odour, and
chemical resistance evaluations.
• Performed mechanical testing such as HDT/VST, Crockmeter, Melt Flow Index (MFI),
Pencil Hardness, Taber Abrasion, and density measurements.
• Prepared, reviewed, and validated test reports in compliance with customer and
regulatory requirements.
• Maintained equipment calibration records, intermediate checks, and laboratory
documentation in line with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements.
• Supported NABL audit activities and laboratory quality compliance initiatives.
• Worked with FTIR, UTM, Scratch Tester, Shore Hardness Testers, Impact Tester, Ozone
Chamber, and Weatherometer equipment.
• Ensured adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and 5S+1 laboratory
management principles.
• Monitored and maintained testing data using Laboratory Information Management
Systems (LIMS).
