* Install, support and maintain of access control system

Responsibilities:
Desktop Support responsibilities:
* Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows 7, 8, 10 and MS Office and any other
authorized desktop applications
* Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers & computer hardware.
* Coordinate with network services and information systems groups.
* Update on status to manager and users through email and in-person communication.
* Install, repair and conduct preventive maintenance of PC’s by providing technical support.
* Diagnose and resolve incidents using documented procedures to perform responsibilities.
* Troubleshoot through phone hardware and software and engage technical resources to
resolve.
* Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot IP telephone systems.
Network and server side responsibilities:
* Create, support and maintain AD users upon the approval from each department.
* Installation, Configuration and Administration of Cisco Switches.
* Support and maintain MS Server.
* Exchange server mailbox maintenance including archiving mailboxes.
* Good understanding of visualized environment (Hyper-V and VMware).
* Install, support and maintain of access control system.
* Administering Avaya IP Office Platform with Manager.
* Support and manage ERP software including create users, assigning permissions, using SQL
server for editing, other admin level support and database backup.
* Administering QuickBooks software.
* Administering of domain control panel for creating email accounts.
Presales side responsibilities:
* Preparing Technical and Commercial Project Proposals.
* Prepare quotations, purchase orders, budget request and purchase orders
* Site Visits for project planning.
* Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and vendors.
* Communicate effectively with clients and staff at all levels.
Project Coordinator:
* Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
* Providing administrative support as needed.
* Undertaking project tasks as required.
* Review and verify the project scope.
* Verify Bill of quantity and support to estimate team.
* Monitoring site engineering team to ensure the procurement and project plan is in line with
project baseline.
