Brief:
The King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) is one such key element within this international strategy, providing a new economic platform in the heart of the capital city (Riyadh).
The tallest Building is an iconic ‘crystalline’ CMA tower - soaring 385m above the surrounding cityscape and providing an anchor for the district as a whole. The CMA Tower will significantly eclipse its local neighbor the Kingdom Centre which stands at 302m in height.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinates and facilitates the activity of the Enterprise Architects and Project Architects with existing projects; removing blocks where necessary.

• Takes proactive escalation of probable system problems or design flaws to upper management before serious impact on Project.

• Assures the complementary synthesis of all standards, models, designs and methodologies recommended by the Enterprise Architects.

• Respect the Acts of the work and recommendations of the architecture team.

• Follow up All Related Technical Issues and Establish Strong Link between Site Staff and Technical Office.

• Follow up The Specified Finishing Materials as Selection and Submittals.

• Follow up weekly Site technical Construction Meeting.

• Ensure that Scope of works is run in Parallel with Project Time Schedule.

• Preparation and review of client briefs for project concepts.

• Detailed definition of scope of works to enable preparation of contracts.

Brief:
This truly stunning multi-use development overlooks the Holy Harem in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The statistics speak for themselves. A built-up area of I.8m square meters the site area consists of a 13-story podium, housing, retail facilities, food courts, specialty restaurants, car parking and mechanical areas topped by seven towers reaching up 550 meters. The project has capacity for 75, 000 residents and will contain over 800 retail outlets upon its completion in 2010. Into this gigantic development, DSP introduced a remarkable converged network capable of delivering 18 separate services. This makes it one of the largest converged IP networks in a closed complex in the world.

Responsibilities include:

• Project Coordinator and Technical Package manager.

• Preparation of concern packages for pricing, and processing of Comparison Sheet In order
To be converted for Procurements division.

• Preparation of Log sheet Schedule for Materials Submittals and Shop Drawings.

• Preparation of All Required Documents (Finishing Parts) for Site Execution Works.

• Support Site with Best Solution for Technical Problems.
