* Managing of PDMS (Project Document Management System) for technical project documents submitted
by contractor for review and approval by engineering team or client;
* Managing of document control in order with client requirements for most efficiency and most reliable way
of distribution and review/approval process by electronic mean of communication by using of EIMS
system;
* Quality checking of submitted documents to assure that submission is delivered as per contractual

* Managing of document control process for construction works on QP special projects (Education City,
QP District, Museum of Islamic art and Qatar National Museum), between contractors, consultants and
QP discipline engineering team in accordance to project documents management system and QP quality
procedures.
* Administration and registration of technical and construction documents and deliverables in ASSAI
- Managing and co-ordination of various revamp projects within PETCHEM branch of SLOVNAFT company from tender phase to handover of project to owner.
- MARIAZOT chemical plant in Turkmenistan - Evaluation of planning schedules for project of reconstruction of current and building of new plant.
- Managing of technical documentation and supervision of site modification works during the construction works for Waste Water Treatment Plant in Brno/Modřice, leaded by ONDEO-DEGREMONT
• Coordination and responsibility for material deliveries to construction projects of few power stations in Slovakia;
• Preparation of time-schedules, cash-flows, material flow databases and supporting documentation for tenders.

• Monitoring and reporting of status of deliveries by Excel sheets.
• Managing of various maintenance works at Družba and Adria pipelines and pumping facilities
