Main duties
• Receives set of technical documents (e-files or hard copies of drawings and others) from Technical Manager (mainly Mechanical & Electrical documents) and Civil Technical Manager (mainly Earthworks & Civil), and completes them for Submittal(issue) to Client, i.e. :
o Checks that documents to be issued conform to Contractor Quality Assurance Procedures, and reverts to originator if any non-conformance
o Prints the right number of hard copies required in the right format (A4 or A3, and requests A1 when needed from Drafting Office)
o Fills-in (or checks and completes), the right cover form for each Submittal
o Collects the required signatures
o Liaises with Document Controller for the Submittal transmittal numbering, registering and distribution
o Delivers the complete set of Submittal to Client
o Recovers the Client response at Client’s
o Transmit the Client response to Document Controller
