•Participated in developing the Request for Proposal (RFP) package in terms of coordination, writing, and editing. In addition; Collaborating effectively with capturing managers and team leaders needs for successful proposal development.
•Prepared the mechanical section in the Bill of Quantity for multiple projects.
•Review designs or the mechanical services; HVAC, firefighting, drainage and water supply drawings for the land ports and ZATCA's projects.
•Acted as design lead for several design projects and was responsible for overseeing design process using technical expertise. And Lead, review and manage third-party design submissions.
•Visit clients' premises to provide assessment reports on their various mechanical systems and appliances.
•Provide technical support as part of the mechanical team in the engineering department. (Provide engineering support to clients and structural/civil engineers via tele-conferencing or in-person meetings).
•Acted as a key coordinator of ZATCA's Integration project.
•Designed the fresh air Ducting for ZATCA's temporary head quarter.
•Provided a recommendation for the firefighting pumps requirements for ZATCA's temporary head quarter.
•Participated in the technical evaluation of the tenderer's submission for the RFP package.
•Managing and collecting the stakeholder requirements in multiple of major entity projects.
