Responsibilities:
1.Monitoring, Evaluation and Managing Projects. Lead the project Managers in Site Survey, Design, Implementation, Construction, EHS and Certification of RFI Projects.
2. Budget Planning and managing manpower to the site.
3. Responsible for reviewing and approving the health and safety management plan, construction zone safety plans and traffic management.
4. Explain the proper safety and health procedures to the workers.
5. Drafting and implementing the Safety, Health and Environment management programs in site; Carrying out HSE Risk assessment and initiating corrective & preventive measures.
6. Conducting on-site investigations and analyzing data.
7. Assessing potential risks, materials and costs.
8. Allotting Work to Labors.
9. Supervision of Construction Work.
10. Preparing Schedule of Material Used and Available.
11.To give daily progress report to headquarter of ZTE office.
12. Checking the work on daily basis as per client’s requirement and checklist.
13. Perform quantity calculations.
14. Draw up Hand sketch according to technical specification.
15. Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits.
