Developping an agricultural plan for the farm, Supervising and following up
on various crops in greenhouses and open crops., Preparing reports for all
agricultural operations., Supervising the manifacture of plant and animal
compost, Establishing an irrigation, fertlilization and pest spraying program for
all crops on the farm.
Supervision of workers distrubited between nurseries, green houses and
fruit trees, Fertilizing and monitoring date palms from diseases, Determining
the irrigation schedule and supervising harvesting and selling
crops, Supervising the daily operations of greenhouses and compost
production from palm and cow waste, Supervising the various production
processus of vegetable nurseries, ornamental plants and trees inside the
nursery.
Lead a team to produce to produce seedlings for planting season, acheive
irrigation and nutrition in management fertlization, puning and pest
control, overseiing and improving the daily functions of the nursery, production
and care of plants, fruits, flowers and trees.
Researching on plants and soil in order to develop better planting, cultivation and
harvesting techniques, visiting fields to collect seed, plant and soil samples and
testing samples for nutritional deficiencies diseases or other changes.Assisting
with the plant selection process and the developpement of planting and
irrigation schedules, budgets and timlines.Work directly with field personnel to
assist in the establishment and expansion of new crop acerage to meet seasonal
production targets.
Supervising the manufacture and conversion of plant and animal
compost.Monitoring and following up on compost poriduction at akk stages and
ensuring quality standards, Support and train factory employees, supervising
marketing and product sales operations
