Conducts market research, analyses market information,
establishes performance objectives, product positioning
and accordingly designs appropriate marketing plans &
programs for assigned product(s) of the company
Monitors competitor activities, analyses their
products/services and develops product strategy,
accordingly
Creates awareness about the assigned product(s) and
provides necessary technical expertise to the sales team in
order to enable them to sell the product (e.g., provides
updates on operating economics, pricing, features, sales
tools etc.)
Prepares product forecasts, identifies demand drivers,
regularly monitors and maintains product pipeline.
Directly responsible for increasing or maintaining market
shares of the assigned products
Acts as point of first contact for all product related
enquiries and works collaboratively with regional sales
managers, cluster managers, branch managers, HOB's and
their teams
Closely liaisons with the sales team to assess the response
to and suitability of current promotional programs
Responsible for recruiting, guiding, coaching and
mentoring of the staff in the assigned promotional trucks
Planning, Executing and evaluating promotional events for
the company
Conducts training sessions for the sales force and event
