This project was the largest Security project ever sold ($23M) in EMEA and the biggest Technology Services deal ever closed in Middle East The project’s aim is to design, build, support and operate for a Leading Telco customer in ME region an End-to-End Security solution along with a Top Class proactive Security Operations Centre.
The project’s delivery, planned over 2 years, has required an impressive number of World class Security vendors (20+) and over 40 Top Class Security Experts brought from all over the world.
Role:
Deliver “du” End to end Security Project -Dubai (Nov 2007- Feb 2009).
Participated in all selling steps of the project and commercial negotiation.
Lead the Fixed Network solution architect team (10 Consultants).
Managing External Vendors and Third Parties.
Providing solutions based on best of breed products.
Ensure the delivery for the new secure architecture solution (35 Fixed services, IPT, IPTV, Analogue..)

Manage the integration team (CAP GEMINI) in charge of integration SAP business suite (CRM, ERP, APO, BW) and e-mail servers that include architecture, analysis, programming, design, product installation, testing and support.
Offer portal incorporation with non-SAP applications whenever needed.

The Accord/Chorus Program is part of an initiative by the French government to modernize the accounting system across ministries. The program is made of several components: Accord 1, Accord 1.5, Accord LOLF (People Soft/ Oracle) and CHORUS (SAP).
The Ministry of Finance was leading the initiative and wanted a new, secured and off-the-shelf, solution with a centralized capability to be able to better monitor and control each ministry’s spending. Planned over 6 years, has required an impressive number of World class IT solution and vendors (20+) and over 100 Top Class Architect Experts brought from Europe.
Role:
Participated in all selling steps of the ACCORD/CHORUS programs,
Design and deliver the network and security solution across all phases.
Delivering high level consultation and integrating enterprise data centers
Manage over 15 individuals to build the entire Network and security Architecture.
