● Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
● Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions
● Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries
● Maintains financial records for subsidiary companies by analyzing balance sheets and general
ledger accounts.

● Researching organizations and individuals through online (especially on social media) to identify
new leads and potential new markets
● Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
● Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
● Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
● Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
● Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining database (Salesforce,
CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information

● Maintaining digital and physical financial records.
● Check spreadsheets for accuracy.
● Prepare bank deposits.
● Filing work related to all accounting transactions.
● Preparation of Petty cash Report and Handling petty cash on hand.
● Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
● Scan, file and log Accounting documents
